Disclaimer: What to Know Before You Use This Site

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use knifenoted.living. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Repair

Knifenoted Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider and not Knifenoted Plumbing.

A Match Is Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we recommend that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of their work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

Just General Information

The content here is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Plumbing problems differ, and what fits one house may not fit another. Talk with a qualified plumber about your own situation.

About Costs

Any prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs shift with the job, your location, the materials, the time of day and how big the problem is. Ask the provider to put the estimate in writing before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Your insurer or agent can answer questions about your coverage.

Stay Safe First

Plumbing trouble can involve electrical hazards, gas appliances, hot water and dirty wastewater. Please do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas, leave the house and contact your gas utility from outside. If you think anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How Knifenoted Plumbing Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Knifenoted Plumbing when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information here correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or has no errors.
